First you need to run the game client once
After the game appears on the login screen

In the second step, you can choose any settings
Finally, click the button in step 3 to confirm that you can save the local settings file






Finally by closing the game
Then go through Steam and find the directory where the game is located, and you can find the GameSetting.json setting file
Then change TW to EN to save
